Heron Harbor is located just west of Exit 28 off I-77 in Cornelius, NC off Torrence Chapel Rd near the end of the Penninsula. The west side of Cornelius around Lake Norman has many pennisulas, coves and waterviews making it a very sought after location. This community is on one of the pennisulas in the Cornelius area that offers many waterfront views of Lake Norman. The winding roads of Heron Harbor offer many different views of the lake with homes that very in price from the high 100K up to $500k. Heron Harbor is only minutes to great shopping, restaurants, parks and walking trails. There are several private golf coures near by as well as a few public within a short drive. Living in Heron Harbor and in the Cornelius area gives you the feel of being on vacation with many long lake views and coves. Architecture varies around the community along with home sizes. There are several boat marinas nearby that offer boat storage and access to Lake Norman. This community is a mear 14 miles to Uptown Charlotte. This area is well worth a good look if your interested in moving to the Charlotte area.
